You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

SMS Communications

Proliferation Marketing LLC sends operational text messages to the 1099 independent contractor sales representatives engaged with our company. This section describes the program, how to opt in, how to opt out, and what to expect.

What we send

Operational coordination messages to active contractors. Examples include past-due install rescues, performance milestone recognition, schedule changes, and lead distribution updates. We do not send SMS to consumers, prospects, or anyone outside the contractor relationship.

How to opt in

Three voluntary methods. Each requires a clear affirmative action.

1. Text START, YES, JOIN, or SUBSCRIBE to our company SMS number.


2. Reply YES to the one-time consent confirmation message sent during onboarding.


3. Check the SMS consent box on the SMS Consent Form. The consent form is provided alongside the contractor engagement paperwork, not within it.

Consent is not required

SMS consent is not required for engagement, employment, payment, or any other aspect of the contractor relationship. Contractors who decline continue engaging with Proliferation Marketing on every other dimension.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time. Opt-out is honored immediately and you will not receive further messages.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with operational needs. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier.
